Payment Terms
All payments are due in full at the time of scheduling unless otherwise stated in writing.
Consultation fee is fully waived if you proceed with the cleaning and detailing service.
Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card
Late payments are subject to a $100 late fee.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the consultation or scheduled service for a full refund.
Cancellations to the consultation or scheduled service within 48 hours will incur a $250 fee.
Rescheduling is permitted once without penalty if done at least 48 hours in advance.
Client Responsibilities
Ensure appliances are unplugged (if applicable) and water/gas lines are accessible prior to service.
Remove all personal items from inside appliances (e.g., food, clothing, utensils).
Provide a safe working environment for technicians.
The Company is insured and will exercise reasonable care when performing services.
The Company is not liable for:
Pre-existing damage to appliances
Functional issues that are pre-existing or arise from prior wear and tear
Damage caused by improper appliance installation
